DRAP(Drivers Rehabilitation Program) Nov 25 2011

Again today was not a bad day,  Michael Weiler  from Valley Driving School came to Jan's House and let me drive around Langley for about an hour  and I drove myself back home.  No injuries, No accidents, and we didn't get pulled over, it's a good continuation of the lessons, I did a Mock Road Test with him, I did good he said if it would have been a real examiner I would have a Pass.    My speed control is good.   I have 2 lessons with Mock Road Test,  then the Road Examiner now on 10th January 2012.  You can all go back on the sidewalks now:-)

Joke of the Day - Wednesday 30 November 2011

This elderly gentleman was at a gym one day and this good looking, well endowed woman walked past and he asked his trainer “What machine could he use?” to impress this woman...

His response was down right realistic.
The trainer said to him, well with your body I would suggest you use the ATM  machine in the Lobby.

Great Hockey Game at Rogers Arena - Canucks won 5-1

Grant Thornton LLP Corporate Website

Shark Club Website

Mike’s Hard Lemonade Website

Tonight was a good night, my accountant Ken Bulthius from Grant Thornton LLP treated me to a Vancouver Canucks Hockey Game at Rogers Arena and a great diner at the Shark Club where I had a good steak with mushrooms and, as my Good Friend Michael Coss says so well, I had a Molson Canadian, because "I Am Canadian"  It was a good game the Canucks defeated the Columbus Blue Jackets 4 to 1  I took some Digital still photos with my Sony HD Video camera as your not allowed video cameras inside Rogers Arena but I did shoot a couple of seconds and didn't get caught by security although the Usher was keeping a close eye on me,  First the Digital photos I took with the Video camera, and last is the video.

Great Monday at Avigilon - 28 Nov 2011

Being Monday Mike Garing from Connect dropped me off at the Newton Wave Pool where Yash Kapoor drove me to Avigilon Corporation in Richmond, BC.  Although today was Quisnos Monday, Pat MacIntosh from WorkSafe BC came to Richmond to have a meeting with Manny Gill about working more hours and more days and getting me on Payroll again.  The meeting went great, I'll now be working full 8 hour days Monday, Wednesday and Friday's  I'll be getting back on Payroll not at my regular salary but at the salary of a workers doing what I'm doing for the time being, until I resume as the Director of Security Solutions then I will resumed my duties and Salary,  WorkSafe BC will continue with my Pension and it will not be affected by me being paid by  Avigilon for the time being.  We only worked a short time due to the meeting, we did an additional 100 accessory bags + the 400 from last week that finishes the order, plus we did 47 small bags with machine screws .  Pat MacIntosh treated us to an East Indian Restaurant called "Tandoori Kona" @ Cambie Plaza,  The food was not my type but the chicken and Pita bread was all right.  Thanks for lunch Pat,  Yash being use to spicy food thought it could use more kick(Spice)  Yash Kapoor drove me back to Guilford Mall library and got a flat tire as we entered the Guilford Mall area,  he pulled over about 500 yards from the Library and Joyce Kanang drove and picked me up and drove me home.

Joke of the Day - Sunday 27 November 2011

Careful of the FLU ......

First deaths: A Public official of the Canadian Federal Government has died of the flu!

On his way home the man was not feeling well at all,

Dizziness, palpitations, trembling legs, stomach aches etc. ....

His wife sent him to bed and told him to take: two aspirin .... The next day he was found dead in his bed.

She called the doctor and told him that she had just given him two aspirins to sweat it off, as it is usual to remove all the crap we have in the body. But, Madam, you killed him. How can you accuse me? said the lady.   But of course, Madame! We do not make a Public Servant sweat!

Good Saturday in Pitt Meadows, BC

Today I got to my apartment in Pitt Meadows and Colin Comeau AKA. Paco met me at the Jolly Coachmen Pub and we took a taxi to his acadian friend Paul Boudreau for his 50th Birthday celebration,  Food and sweets were good, Tomorrow I return to Jan's Place.

1. Sometimes I'll look at my watch 3 consecutive times and still not know what time it is.

2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

3. I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.

4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.

5. How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?

6. Was learning cursive really necessary?

7. Map Quest really needs to start their directions on # 5. I'm pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.

8. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.

9. I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind-of tired.

10. Bad decisions make good stories.

11. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day..

12. Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don't want to have to restart my collection...again.

13. I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my ten-page technical report that I swear I did not make any changes to.

14. I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call.

15. I think the freezer deserves a light as well.

16. I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Light than Kay.

17. I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option.

18. I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

19. How many times is it appropriate to say "What?" before you just nod and smile because you still didn't hear or understand a word they said?

20. I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars team up to prevent a jerk from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers and sisters!

21. Shirts get dirty. Underwear gets dirty. Pants? Pants never get dirty, and you can wear them forever.

22. Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car keys in a pocket, finding their cell phone, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey - but I'd bet everyone can find and push the snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time, every time.

23. The first testicular guard, the "Cup," was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974. That means it only took 100 years for men to realize that their brain is also important.
