Well today was not a bad day, we went to Colossus Theatre @ Silvercity in Langley, BC and saw X-Men: First Class. It was a good movie with a new cast played in the late 1950's during the Cuba Missile Crisis. Saun from Jan's place drove us there in the green van, Marie-Ann, Edward, Saun and myself enjoyed the movie 2 Thumbs up

The beginning of the X-Men saga - and a secret history of the Cold War and our world at the brink of nuclear Armageddon. As the first class discovers, harnesses, and comes to terms with their formidable powers, alliances are formed that will shape the eternal war between the heroes and villains of the X-Men universe. The film is set in the 1960s - the dawn of the Space Age, and a time filled with the hope of JFK's Camelot. But it was also the height of the Cold War, when escalating tensions between the U.S. and the Soviet Union threatened the entire planet - and when the world discovered the existence of mutants.
